The bill prohibits an operator from indicating or implying that any output data provided by a conversational artificial intelligence service is provided by, endorsed by, or equivalent to services provided by certain licensed or certified professionals.</p><p>A violation of the bill is a deceptive trade practice, enforceable by the attorney general under the "Colorado Consumer Protection Act".
