Except in certain circumstances, the owner or operator is required to update the records following the same schedule as the records are made available to the state or the United States. These requirements apply only to records that are generated on or after December 1, 2027.<br/><i>(Note: This summary applies to this bill as introduced.)</i></p></body></html>",
