HCPF is prohibited from implementing or adopting rules implementing any reduction, recoupment, or redistribution of hospital supplemental medical assistance program payments authorized pursuant to the hospital transformation program.<br/><br/><i>(Note: This summary applies to this bill as introduced.)</i></p></body></html>",
